Rooted in Tradition.
Refined by Experience.
A lifetime of cooking, shaped by tradition and refined through professional training.

My love for cooking didn't start in a professional kitchen — it started at home.
Growing up, I spent countless hours in the kitchen with my grandmother, learning the fundamentals the way they were meant to be learned: slowly, patiently, and with care. There were no shortcuts — just real ingredients, time, and attention to detail.
We had a lot of soup at the table — not because it was simple, but because it was intentional.
My grandmother believed that everyone should experience rich, layered, and sophisticated flavors, no matter the setting. And soup was one of the most powerful ways to achieve that — transforming humble ingredients into something deeply complex, satisfying, and memorable.
That's where I learned that great food isn't about extravagance — it's about execution.

Crafted Through Experience
That foundation led me to pursue formal culinary training in Italy, where I immersed myself in traditional techniques and regional cooking. I later refined my craft working in France, where precision, discipline, and respect for ingredients are held to the highest standard.
Why Soup
Throughout my career, I've always been drawn back to soup.
Because when it's done properly, it's one of the most complete meals you can have — rich in flavor, balanced in nutrition, and deeply comforting.
